Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel

The reason I am giving this hotel a 5 star is because the room alone was very clean, modern updated, and the bathroom and shower was surprisingly welcoming. With that said, everything else about this hotel fell short. They offer an $18 breakfast buffet, however I've had tasting food at dining mess hall, or cafeteria. The food tasted like it was cooked the day before and stored over night on the counter then reheated in the microwave. Should have saved that $18 for McDonalds breakfast. The only professional staff members I came across at that hotel was the woman that worked at the coffee shop aka Starbucks in the lobby area and the maid service who turned down my room. The bartender, front desk staff members made me feel like I was a bother when I would ask questions. I did come in contact with the hotel manager, and he was polite and welcoming, however you can tell, his front staff doesn't share his same enthusiasm. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for the room and rates for this area, however visit the local restaurants and bars that are close by for food and entertainment.

2 night lay over stay on the way to Estes. Stately conference center hotel from the 80's. Clean, with all the common tier 2 hotel amenities. Starbucks and car rental on-site. Very good service. Good value with Marriott dependability. You already know what kind of place you will stay.

My stay at the Sheraton was excellent from start to finish. The staff was truly amazing and went out of their way to make accommodations to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Denver. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great place to stay.

The staff were very helpful. The staff made the difference by being very helpful. Customer service means a lot. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast staff went out of their way. A shorter thin Latino gentleman went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. One of the ladies didn’t show up so he handled everything like a pro. Props to the staff. Wry nice. I can’t laud them enough.

Older hotel. Room was small but very clean. Lots of parking space and easy to find location off I-25. Lots of places to eat around area

Everything is fine. There are things that need to be improved, but it's excellent for taking a break and relaxing. If you go and ask for the Mexican dish, you'll be surprised. There's a girl who makes the best Mexican food. If you want to try something new, I recommend it. I know it's not on the menu, but you can ask for a suggestion or ask for something new. Just to keep you happy, they'll recommend it to you.

I had a great stay at this Sheraton. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre as well as other restaurants and stores. We had a fun day sitting by the pool in the sunshine and a nice evening at the hotel bar where the staff allowed us to commandeer the music. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a 3 day event hosted at Sheraton. The staff at Sheraton was so nice to work with from the quote to planning to execution. The Head Chef, Catering staff were all very polite and friendly. Their event hall is the best in the area and our 230+ guests had a gala time for 4 days.
